The position emphasizes crisis leadership, staff supervision, and responsible budgeting while coordinating with community partners to support residents’ progress toward less restrictive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science field or three years of direct service in social services.
• Competency to pursue QMHA credential as per Oregon rules.
• Five years of clinical mental health or social services experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential treatment program, ensuring high-quality clinical and medical services.
• Monitor and improve program effectiveness while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and evaluate program staff and manage staffing needs, hiring, and reviews.
• Lead crisis interventions and maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
• Ensure accurate documentation in EHR and compliance with agency policies.
