Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience; supervision a plus.
• Knowledge of Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed Care.

Responsibilities

• Integrate best practices into day-to-day operations including Harm Reduction and Trauma Informed Care.
• Establish work plans and priorities for staff members and assess progress; conduct performance reviews.
• Provide training and guidance to staff to achieve program goals.
• Under the direction of the Program Manager, develop and manage the therapeutic milieu.
• Model therapeutic interventions and counseling with residents as needed or directed.
• Participate in supervision, case conferences and staff meetings to communicate needs.
• Coordinate with oncoming shift regarding resident concerns and program needs.
• Prepare reports for the Program Manager or stakeholders as required.
