Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of related professional/military experience in project/program management.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, production, and global supply chain environment.
• Experience applying business and financial management to cost, schedule, budgeting, and performance decisions.
• Experience supporting programs involving EO/IR camera systems.
• Experience maturing programs through program execution.
• Experience planning/managing CAPEX and maintaining lab environments.
• Experience developing, monitoring, and controlling program plans, cost baselines, and schedules.
• US citizenship is required.
• Active SECRET clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all technical, financial, and schedule aspects of assigned programs with P&L responsibility.
• Lead cross-functional team and provide leadership to ensure compliance.
• Act as customer interface and lead program reviews addressing cost, schedule and performance.
• Develop and manage technical performance metrics for projects.
• Identify and mitigate program risks.
• Ensure safety, reliability, cost and schedule focus for long-term success.
