Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Manager 3 for the Mission Systems SAP S/4 ERP and MES implementation, located onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will lead a cross-functional, matrixed team to deliver the next-generation ERP and MES solutions and migrate legacy reporting.

The role requires managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk while coordinating with multiple sites and leadership. Strong communication and program-management expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM with 8 years of experience, or Master’s with 6 years.
• Experience leading programs/projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting SAP/ERP implementations, migration, or transformation.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, resources, and deliverables.
• Experience delivering program reviews and executive briefings.
• Experience identifying, evaluating, and resolving complex program issues using data.
• Experience working in a cross-functional and/or matrixed organization.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as business-facing Program Manager for SAP S/4 ERP and MES deployments.
• Lead cross-functional, matrixed teams to align goals and deliverables.
• Manage IMS and cost tracking, integrated with corporate schedules.
• Lead the sector transformation of legacy reporting to next-gen capabilities.
• Coordinate with pillar systems teams on dependencies across ERP and MPLM.
• Provide Program Management Review briefings to executives and site leadership.
• Support on-site engagements at deployment sites and ensure site readiness for S/4 migration.
• Oversee and implement the sector change-management strategy and training readiness.
