Northrop Grumman Space Systems in Utah seeks an Staff Enterprise-Wide Applications Analyst to advance as an Application Analyst and Systems Integration professional. The role is on-site with hybrid options, requiring experience in manufacturing MRP, MES, ERP, and PLM, and a strong ability to translate needs into technical specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Science degree with 12 years experience, 10 years experience with Masters, or 8 years experience with PhD; must have at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Deep understanding of Production Planning, MRP, inventory movements, and Quality/ MES processes
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional technical specifications for the development team
• Ability to provide on-site support to all Utah sites as needed
• Hands-on experience providing both functional end-user and technical tier-support for MES, ERP, and PLM applications
• Experience converting from Deltek Costpoint to SAP

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve data issues, oversee system upgrades, and manage vendor relationship escalation including enhancement requests
• Author comprehensive documentation and deliver end-user training
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure flawless deployment of upgraded software
• Collaborate closely with business partners to analyze operations and drive process improvements within our applications
• Assist partners in defining scope, objectives, and detailed application requirements
• Serve as the Voice of the Customer for integration, development and troubleshooting
• Drive application enhancements, complete rigorous regression testing, and validate all system updates
