Job summary
Northrop Grumman is seeking a senior SAP platform leader to define and own the ERP strategy across SAP/PLM/MES ecosystems. You will drive end‑to‑end processes, oversee lifecycle management, and mentor a global team of product owners and technical leads.
The role requires extensive SAP experience within aerospace/defense, ITAR/EAR compliance, and a proven track record delivering multi‑year SAP transformations with strong stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in SAP ERP and enterprise applications, including leadership roles overseeing large SAP environments.
- Deep hands‑on leadership in at least one core SAP domain and strong understanding of integration points.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the SAP-centric ERP platform vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap.
- Manage SAP lifecycle including releases, upgrades, and hosting models; optimize platform health and cost.
- Lead SAP transformation programs (S/4HANA migrations, consolidations, operating-model changes).
- Partner with process owners to define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and sequence SAP releases.
