Job summary

OnPay is seeking a Senior Program Manager to align product strategy, engineering delivery, GTM execution, and executive stakeholders across the company. This high-visibility, hands-on role reports to the Sr.

Director of Product Management and focuses on scalable program management and on-time delivery. You will drive governance, manage dependencies, and lead cross-departmental launch readiness while mentoring teams, using Jira/Confluence/Asana/Miro to optimize workflows in a fast-paced SaaS

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of technology program/project management experience.
• At least 3+ years in a Senior Program Manager role leading multi-team software execution and GTM launches in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience strongly preferred.
• PMI-ACP, PMP, CSM, CSPO, or equivalent project/agile management certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional planning and execution for large-scale product initiatives, aligning roadmaps with business objectives and release milestones.
• Establish scalable program management structures, governance models, templates, and delivery frameworks across product and engineering.
• Orchestrate end-to-end GTM project plans across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations, ensuring launch readiness reviews.
• Identify, map, and manage cross-stream dependencies and risks, implementing mitigation plans to meet critical milestones.
• Define and maintain status reporting, dashboards, and executive updates while managing scope changes and risk logs.
• Mentor Product Owners and team leads on delivery best practices to optimize cross-departmental workflows.
