Qualifications
- 5+ years delivering software in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
- Experience with SaaS/B2B or FinTech domains preferred.
- Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar tools.
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering to ensure work is clearly understood and on track for launch.
- Own backlog priorities balancing features, bugs, tech debt, and improvements.
- Dig into complex business logic and dependencies to write clear user stories.
- Lead Agile rituals: refinement, planning, stand-ups for team throughput.
- Unblock roadblocks and negotiate solutions during sprints.
- Collaborate with Design, Support, Implementation and Strategy for smooth releases.
