Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Customer Program Manager to act as the primary interface with a major hyperscaler customer, overseeing programs to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The role reports to the account team and coordinates cross-functional Celestica groups to deliver on commitments.

The preferred candidate is based near Richardson, TX, with a hybrid schedule at our manufacturing site and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Nine+ years of relevant program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and customer programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between the customer and Celestica for managing programs to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Manage day-to-day activities of customer programs to ensure on-time deliveries and on-schedule projects.
• Coordinate and host regular program tracking meetings with the customer and internal teams for ongoing communication.
• Develop action plans to correct out-of-plan conditions and communicate status to stakeholders.
