Job summary

Loftware is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead multiple customer-facing full life-cycle projects from pre-sales handoff to go-live. You will apply PMI methodologies to deliver on-time projects within scope and budget across multiple initiatives, coordinating internal resources and ensuring consistent quality.

You will own project plans, manage risks and changes, and provide weekly reports while collaborating with product teams to drive customer success.

Qualifications

• 10 years of program management experience with project tracking and planning.
• ≥5 years working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience with PM methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK).
• Experience with Salesforce and enterprise software projects.
• Ability to plan resources and manage shifts in priority and timeline.
• Decisive with priorities and problem solving in dynamic settings.
• Proficient with MS Office tools and project documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Own full project life cycle from initiation to go-live for multiple initiatives.
• Lead remote and on-site project teams to meet milestones within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans including planning, installation, configuration, UAT, and training.
• Ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Provide weekly reports and status updates, preferably automated via PSA.
• Manage change orders and minimize scope creep across projects.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Development to resolve issues.
• Proactively explore expansion opportunities within existing customers.
