Ethos is seeking directors of program management to help train a language model on professional presentation tasks. You will lead cross-functional programs, establish and maintain steering committee reporting cadences, and shape AI-generated presentations and slide decks.

The role offers flexible, 5-20 hours per week, fully remote, with ASAP start. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of program management experience and exceptional PowerPoint craftsmanship and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
