Ethos is seeking directors of program management to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will oversee cross-functional programs, owning the cadence of executive reporting and delivering high-impact presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Produce steering committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, milestone review presentations.
• Develop executive escalation one-pagers and portfolio review materials.
