Job summary

You will collaborate with senior leaders across Amazon's People Experience and Technology teams to refine processes and drive results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will own timelines, manage risks, and deliver improvements while navigating ambiguity, with strong stakeholder alignment and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• PMP certification is a plus.
