Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. Program Manager for SSD-DC Ops Initiatives to lead cross-functional programs that optimize fulfillment operations and throughput.

You will own end-to-end delivery projects, partner with Procurement, WHS, Finance, LP, and RME, and drive rapid improvements across SSD sites. Travel up to 30% is expected as you guide launches, retrofits, and continuous improvement while shaping long-term roadmaps and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of cross-functional project delivery and program management experience.
• Ability to define program requirements using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with site operations, capacity planning, and layout optimization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect feedback from operations and support teams.
• Optimize flow and layouts with engineering teams and collaborate across functions.
• Support new site launches and retrofit projects while adhering to design standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and manage risks to meet timelines.
• Maintain learnings documentation and share knowledge across sites.
