Job summary

Edmentum, a remote-first education technology company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Product Operations & R&D Governance to drive the strategy and delivery of roadmap initiatives across the portfolio.

You will lead governance, risk management, SOP development, and cross-functional partnerships with senior leaders, building PM capability and fostering continuous improvement across product and technology functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, education, or related field.
• 8+ years of SaaS experience, ideally in edtech or publishing.
• 6+ years of program/project management experience.
• PMP or PgMP certification; proficient in agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Fluent in Smartsheet, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Proven track record managing complex programs and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of roadmap initiatives, managing dependencies and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate governance sessions and executive reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Develop and maintain SOPs that guide consistent, high-quality execution.
• Partner with SVPs, Product Owners, and Technical Program Managers to align strategy and delivery.
• Build project management capability across the organization through coaching and enablement.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across product and technology functions.
