Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Program Manager to deliver quality solutions by aligning with Product strategy and driving successful planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives. You will coordinate stock plan services initiatives, manage cross-domain interdependencies, and support the Product Development Lifecycle within a high‑performing agile team.

You will lead readiness activities, manage risks, and provide regular updates to leadership while driving adoption plans for new features.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related project/program management experience in financial services, systems development, product development, and/or project/program management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is beneficial.
• Experience in SAFe and Six Sigma are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize and collaborate to set success measures and monitor initiatives to support key objectives.
• Manage issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle with program teams.
• Facilitate business readiness activities including planning and deployment of product improvements.
• Provide regular status updates to Stock Plan leadership and partners for assigned initiatives.
• Coordinate client migration/adoption plans for new or enhanced product features.
• Facilitate quarterly program planning sessions for the team.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to improve how the Product team executes work.
