Job summary

Fidelity Cooperative Bank is seeking a Product Delivery Coordinator to drive product delivery initiatives within Banking Services. You will work closely with the Director of Product Delivery to coordinate implementations, enhancements, vendor initiatives, and ongoing lifecycle activities, ensuring projects stay on time and within scope.

The role emphasizes strong project governance, documentation, testing coordination, executive reporting, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in banking, project coordination, or operations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned product and service implementations, enhancements, operational initiatives, and projects from planning through implementation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, status reports, implementation checklists, and project documentation.
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, meeting minutes, and action items.
• Monitor project progress and elevate risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Support product lifecycle activities including launches, enhancements, upgrades, and retirements.
• Coordinate vendor implementation activities, onboarding documentation, due diligence, recurring meetings, and performance tracking.
• Prepare and maintain executive presentations, committee materials, dashboards, and departmental reporting.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), pilot activities, implementation readiness, training logistics, and post-production validation.
• Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements.
• Support change management and communication activities.
