Fidelity is seeking a Program Manager to deliver quality solutions by aligning with Product strategy and driving successful planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives. You will coordinate stock plan services initiatives, manage cross-domain interdependencies, and support the Product Development Lifecycle within a high‑performing agile team.

As part of the Product organization, the Program Manager is responsible for delivering quality solutions by supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives while ensuring consistency with Product strategy, commitments, and goals.
The Program Manager works in conjunction with Stock Plan Leaders at the portfolio and program level to coordinate initiatives by providing oversight from initial assessment through solution launch with an emphasis on business readiness activities. This role will be primarily focused on supporting cross domain work to align Stock Plan Services (SPS) and Brokerage interdependencies and future state roadmaps. This person will also collaborate to build, implement, and monitor efficient and effective processes for the Product Development Lifecycle within the framework of a high-performing agile team environment.
Stock Plan Services (SPS) provides companies with outstanding administration for their equity compensation programs, including stock option, restricted stock, employee stock purchase, stock appreciate and performance plans. SPS Product Development supports the business and technology work streams that deliver against approved initiatives including new products for emerging markets and enhancements to existing products.
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
