Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Product Management to guide corporate actions modernization and transform the Alternative Investments platform into a modern digital experience. You will gather requirements, run cross-functional analysis, and define MVPD and backlog refinement with engineering support.

You will apply Agile methodologies, coordinate with QA for testing, create data-driven recommendations, and ensure business value is clearly articulated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field and 5 years of Senior Manager IT Product Management experience.
• Alternative: Master’s degree and 3 years of Senior Manager IT Product Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technology needs and business requirements across investments and brokerage capabilities.
• Perform enterprise-level system and product analysis with data-driven insights.
• Gather requirements via interviews and working sessions with business partners.
• Define project and product analysis plans including scoping and current/future-state evaluation.
• Collaborate with engineering to design system/workflow solutions and test strategies.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders across initiatives.
