Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in federal Insider Threat/Intelligence programs.
• ITPM credential or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret policies, guidance, and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs and be physically capable of site duties.
• Must possess a driver’s license and be able to travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and document insider threat situations and prioritize based on thresholds.
• Analyze Counter-Insider Threat Program data to identify anomalies and trends.
• Audit investigations and processes for regulatory compliance and efficiency.
• Record meeting minutes and provide reports to the Case Manager monthly.
• Coordinate facility visits and assist with base access requests as needed.
• Escort un-cleared personnel requiring access to the building.
