Job summary

TMPC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as Contract Program Manager for the Marine Corps Insider Threat Program. You will lead contractor teams, ensure staffing, oversee governance and compliance, and act as primary interface with Government leads.

The role requires strong DoD insider threat knowledge, experience with UAM and audit readiness, and ability to develop metrics, executive summaries, and dashboards. Active TS clearance is required; SCI eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred in security or related field.
• 10+ years of DoD/federal program management experience.
• Experience leading programs on complex DoD contracts.
• Strong communication and briefing skills to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Act as Contract Program Manager and primary technical/management representative to the Government.
• Provide overall program management support and ensure successful task execution.
• Maintain staffing, oversight, and accountability for contractor personnel.
• Ensure insider threat positions meet qualification and certification requirements.
• Oversee quality control, inspections, and meeting performance metrics.
• Support DoD policy alignment and audits; prepare program reports.
