Job summary

Advantage SCI, LLC seeks an experienced Local Hire Technical User Activity Monitoring (UAM) Specialist to support Counterintelligence Insider Threat initiatives at the U.S. Department of Transportation HQ in Washington, DC.

The role requires analytical data handling, research from public sources, and thorough documentation of methods and results. The candidate will conduct audits, coordinate facility access, and prepare annual reports; a Top Secret/SCI clearance is required or pending.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years configuring and operating enterprise-level UAM, SIEM, or data analytics platforms.
• Experience identifying and triaging insider threat indicators and anomalies.
• Ability to read and interpret policies, guidance, and procedures.
• Strong typing speed (40 wpm) and proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Must possess a driver's license and be able to travel within government sites.

Responsibilities

• Configure and operate enterprise-level UAM, SIEM, or data analytics platforms.
• Review and prioritize insider threat situations based on thresholds.
• Analyze Counter-Insider Threat Program data to identify anomalies and trends.
• Document methods, approaches, and results of analyses.
• Record meeting minutes and provide monthly reports to Case Manager.
• Conduct weekly/monthly audits of encounters, processes, and records.
• Produce annual reports using HQ USINDOPACOM templates.
