Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (cybersecurity, IT) or Intelligence Studies with 12+ years of experience.
• 6+ years of policy development, user activity monitoring or intelligence analysis.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to UAM and intelligence analysis.
• Experience developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, Splunk or other visualization tools.
• Previous experience as an Action Officer/Staff Officer.
• Ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for UAM and intelligence analysis.
• Counsel leadership on insider threat policy and monitoring practices.
• Analyze data to support future state capabilities and indicators of compromise.
• Prepare briefings and recommendations for senior management.
• Conduct research on emerging threats and monitoring technologies.
• Compile, edit and publish program documentation.
