Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in New York is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead builder enablement programs within AWS Marketing Strategy, Operations & Enablement. You will own three flagship programs and drive strategy from inception through execution, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

You will steer the ECT, IAMSS, and Manager Central programs, focus on data-driven improvements, and evolve the experiences to empower AWS Marketing builders at all levels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
