Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Program Manager for plasmid DNA programs, including marketed products and late-stage clinical programs. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage complex programs, and ensure alignment with contracts, quality, and regulatory expectations while serving as the primary client-facing leader.

Reporting to the VP, North America Sales, this Fargo-based organization offers remote work with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in a scientific field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years in a client-facing role as a project, program, or account manager within life sciences
• Experience in a GMP-regulated CDMO environment
• Working knowledge of plasmid DNA manufacturing and related therapies; late-phase/commercial drug product experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex, multi-program portfolios across strategic accounts, ensuring end-to-end delivery with timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
• Cultivate senior-level client relationships and account strategy, serving as a trusted advisor and guiding program direction.
• Drive enterprise-wide alignment and decision-making across cross-functional teams and leadership levels.
• Establish program governance structures, track metrics, forecast capacity, and update senior leadership on risks and opportunities.
• Lead proposals, renewals, and growth initiatives to expand accounts and improve continuous improvement.
