Job summary

Aldevron, part of Danaher, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Plasmid DNA to lead strategic programs spanning commercial supply and late-phase clinical development. This role focuses on aligning scope, schedule, quality, supply continuity, and regulatory expectations across multiple projects.

The position involves leading client-facing programs, coordinating with Legal, Contracts, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Sales to convert commitments into executable plans and protect

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. required; advanced degree in scientific field strongly preferred.
• 7+ years in a client-facing role as a project, program, or account manager within life sciences; GMP/CDMO experience preferred
• Experience managing programs and contracts in regulated biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex, multi-program portfolios across strategic accounts, owning end-to-end delivery.
• Influence senior-level client relationships and account strategy; resolve escalations and shape program direction.
• Drive enterprise-wide alignment and decision-making across cross-functional teams.
• Establish program governance, track metrics, forecast capacity, and update senior leadership on status and risks.
• Translate master service agreements, statements of work, supply and quality agreements, amendments, and change orders into executable operating requirements.
