Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Program Manager for plasmid DNA programs focused on marketed products, commercial supply, and late-phase clinical programs from validation through launch. You will serve as the senior client-facing leader coordinating scope, schedule, quality, and financial performance with cross-functional teams.

The role reports to the Vice President, North America Sales, is located in Fargo, ND, and will be fully remote.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S./B.A. and an advanced scientific degree.
• 7+ years in a client-facing project/program/account management role in life sciences, GMP-regulated CDMO preferred.
• Experience managing programs and contracts in regulated biotech/pharma/medical device fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead highly complex, multi-program plasmid DNA portfolios with senior client stakeholders.
• Align scope, schedule, quality, supply continuity, and financial performance across programs.
• Translate agreements into executable operating requirements and drive negotiations with Legal, Contracts, and Finance.
• Monitor program health, capacity, forecasting, risks, and opportunities; report to senior leadership.
