Job summary

Aldevron, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Commercial Product Manager to lead commercialization of the Gene Editing Therapeutics portfolio. You will coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Quality to deliver differentiated messaging, pricing plans, and growth strategies.

The role reports to the VP of Gene Editing Therapeutics and is fully remote, with up to 30% travel, offering a path to shape multi-year forecasts and drive portfolio expansion.

Qualifications

BS/BA in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
7+ years in a client-facing product management or sales role within life sciences or healthcare.
Experience launching and sustaining biotechnology or CDMO products.
Experience in regulated biotech/pharma environments with therapeutic components.

Responsibilities

Partner with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Quality to launch and manage Gene Editing products and services.
Develop plans and pricing strategies to forecast annual orders, revenue, and margin growth.
