Job summary

Keenova in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Patient Services to oversee day-to-day operations, governance, and cross-functional execution across patient services and reimbursement programs.

You will lead vendor relationships, develop dashboards for executive reviews, manage budgets, and drive process improvements while partnering with IT, SMEs, and external partners. This role requires 8–10 years of experience and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years in patient services, reimbursement or HUB operations.
• Leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Rare disease experience preferred.
• Willing to travel and work long irregular hours as necessary.
• Master's degree, MBA, PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day to day support for the Patient Services team including oversight of activities.
• Serve as project management lead for patient service activities and timelines.
• Manage third party vendor relationships for patient services programs.
• PO and Invoice tracking for patient services programs.
• Coordinate PRC workflows for patient materials and notify stakeholders of approvals.
• Collaborate with IT and system teams for material roll-out to end users.
• Lead enterprise-level program planning and governance across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide oversight for external vendors, HUB partners, including KPI/SLA management.
• Own budget forecasting, accruals, and expense tracking for patient services programs.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and business reviews.
