UBC, a leader in pharmaceutical support services, seeks a senior manager to lead Patient Access Services programs across multiple sites. You will oversee managers and a supervisory team, drive strategic planning, and maintain client relationships to ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or Associate’s Degree and equivalent work experience.
• 8–12 years relevant experience, or 6–10 years with Master’s degree.
• 5 years of related healthcare or pharmaceutical experience.
• 4 years previous managerial experience.
• Strong computer skills with specific aptitude in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to proactively communicate and to resolve issues with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior managerial duties for appointed program(s) by overseeing facilitation, managing, informing, training, and recruiting employees.
• Strategic client contact for program(s) to which employee is assigned.
• Manage day-to-day activity of program(s) and supervisory team.
• Monitor program statistics and metrics; resolve complex cases.
• Lead client reports and deliverables; present program information to internal and external customers.
