Keenova Therapeutics plc is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Patient Services to drive governance, cross-functional execution, and strategic oversight of patient access initiatives. You will partner with vendors, hubs, and internal teams to optimize materials, processes, and program delivery.

The role requires 8–10 years in patient services/reimbursement with strong leadership and analytically driven insights. Travel and flexible hours are required as the program supports rare diseases.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; 8–10 years of progressive patient services/reimbursement experience preferred.
• Rare disease experience strongly preferred.
• MBA/PMP or equivalent advanced designation preferred.
• Willing to travel and work long/irregular hours as needed.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and governance of programs.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Patient Services team and programs.
• Lead project management for patient service activities with stakeholders and timelines.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and PRC for materials and programs.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and cost tracking for patient services.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and leadership reviews with actionable insights.
• Conduct root cause analyses and drive process improvements across programs.
