Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Senior Program Manager to guide complex water and wastewater projects across the Northeast. The role focuses on planning, delivery, governance, and benefits realization, traveling as needed and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

You will lead high-impact programs, drive improvements, and ensure objectives meet scope, schedule, and budget. Remote or hybrid work options are available with travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in project or program management
• Experience delivering moderately complex to complex projects
• Preferred: water and wastewater programs experience
• Familiarity with Progressive Design Build (PDB), Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and Design-Bid-Build (DBB)

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.
• Utilize comprehensive understanding of our program management services to offer optimal solutions to clients.
• Leverage activities across program management lifecycle phases: planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout.
• Manage activities within the programs organization, including program governance and stakeholder management.
• Operate independently through planning, coordinating resources, timelines, and ensuring quality and outcomes.
• Manage activities to support performance and benefits realization plan, monitoring progress and adjustments.
• Implement sales techniques for successful negotiation and transaction.
• Flexibility to adapt and execute additional assignments as needed.
