Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support planning and delivery of large water and wastewater programs in the Northeast. You will lead assignments, drive governance, risk, and stakeholder management, and ensure outcomes align with program goals.

The role offers flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or in-office, with travel across the territory to client sites and local Brown and Caldwell offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.
• Utilize comprehensive understanding of our company's program management services to offer optimal solutions to clients.
• Leverage activities across program management lifecycle phases: planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout.
• Manage activities within the programs organization, including program governance and stakeholder management.
• Operate independently through effective planning, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards, and the program meets the intended outcomes.
• Manage activities to support performance and benefits realization plan, monitoring progress, and making adjustments as necessary to maximize outcomes.
• Implement sales techniques for successful negotiation and transaction.
• Flexibility to adapt and execute various additional assignments based on evolving needs.
