Job summary
Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex water and wastewater projects in the Northeast. You will drive planning, delivery, governance and benefits realization across multiple programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet scope, schedule and budget.
Travel within the territory is required; remote, hybrid, or local office options are supported. The role demands 10+ years in PM/Program management, strong leadership, risk and change
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business management or related field.
- PM certification or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
- Minimum 10 years of related work experience in PM/Program management.
- Experience with Water and Wastewater programs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.
- Guide program governance and stakeholder management.
- Coordinate across planning, initiation, delivery and closeout phases.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and outcomes.
- Support performance and benefits realization plans and risk management.
