Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of related experience in project or program management.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business management or related field or equivalent experience.
• Program management certification or plan to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments and activities on complex projects and programs.
• Leverage our program management services to deliver optimal client solutions.
• Guide work across planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout lifecycle phases.
• Manage program governance and stakeholder engagement within the programs organization.
• Plan, coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and outcomes.
• Support performance and benefits realization through progress monitoring and adjustments.
• Apply sales techniques for successful negotiations.
• Adapt and execute additional assignments as needed.
