Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex water and wastewater programs in the Northeast. You will drive planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder engagement across the program lifecycle, with travel across the territory as needed.

Candidates may work remotely, in a hybrid arrangement, or from a local office, and should have strong experience in program controls, risk, and benefits management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business management or related field.
• Program management certification or plan to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments on complex projects and programs.
• Deliver solutions using program management services across lifecycle: planning, initiation, delivery, closeout.
• Oversee governance, stakeholder management, and risk controls.
• Plan resources, timelines, and budget to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Monitor performance and benefits realization; adjust as needed to maximize outcomes.
• Support sales activities and client negotiations when applicable.
