Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and PMP/PM certification within 12 months.
• Minimum 10 years in project or program management.
• Water and wastewater program experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the Midwest.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments on complex projects and programs.
• Apply program management services to deliver optimal client solutions.
• Manage governance, risk, and stakeholder management across the program lifecycle.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and ensure quality and outcomes.
• Support performance and benefits realization planning and reporting.
• Assist in sales and negotiation for project opportunities.
• Travel within the Midwest as needed.
