Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, business management or related field.
• Program management certification or able to obtain within 12 months.
• Typically, 10+ years of related work experience in project/program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead assignments on complex projects and programs within water/wastewater.
• Manage program governance, stakeholder management, and risk oversight.
• Coordinate planning, initiation, delivery, and closeout across lifecycle phases.
• Ensure delivery meets quality, scope, schedule, and benefits realization.
• Support sales and client solutions leveraging program management services.
• Travel within territory to customer sites and local Brown and Caldwell offices.
