Job summary

La-Z-Boy is seeking a Product/Program Launch Leader to drive new product introductions globally. You will guide APQP/LPDS compliant processes, coordinate design-to-manufacturing handoffs, and align with R&D and manufacturing sites across regions to deliver flawless launches.

The role requires strong project management, leadership, and a track record of managing multiple launches with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Supervisory/Leadership experience.
• Strong in estimating, planning, tracking, and reporting project status.

Responsibilities

• Manage new product launch processes across multiple brands and regions.
• Represent customer voice to R&D and plant partners to ensure launch success.
• Coordinate training and documentation for new launches; ensure safety and quality checks.
• Drive risk mitigation and timely escalation to management.
• Establish lessons-learned reviews and implement countermeasures for future launches.
