Job summary

Solvere Technical Group is seeking a Senir Program/Project Manager to direct personnel actions, brief technical managers and the COR on program financial health, and ensure overall program success.

The ideal candidate will oversee all program tasking, CDRL submissions, and lead a team including a Lead Financial Manager, Logistics Manager, and Senior Engineer. Naval shipbuilding experience and FMS knowledge are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Science, Business, or Financial Management.
• 20 years of experience in engineering management, including at least 5 years of naval shipbuilding or overhaul experience.
• Experience with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all program tasking and CDRL submissions.
• Hire and manage personnel actions for the program team.
• Attend monthly meetings and bi-annual program reviews.
• Brief technical managers and the COR on the program's financial health.
• Directly manage the Lead Financial Manager, Logistics Manager, and Senior Engineer.
• Respond to COR requests in a timely manner to ensure accurate COR reporting.
