Job summary

WILLCOR Inc. in Portland, OR is seeking a Senior Program Manager or Engineer to support U.S. Navy ship programs as an HM&E Hull Manager for the Littoral Combat Ship platform.

This role works directly with Navy stakeholders on ship maintenance, modernization, and availability planning. The candidate should have 10–15 years in DoD programs and 10+ years in engineering, with experience in program management, scheduling, contracts, budgeting, risk, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to PMS 321 as an HM&E Hull Manager
• Support ship maintenance, modernization, and availability planning
• Coordinate with fleet, engineering, and maintenance organizations
• Assist with engineering reviews, ship checks, and investigations
• Track ship issues and support technical resolutions
• Prepare briefings, reports, and executive summaries
• Support work-package closeout and end-of-availability activities
