Job summary

CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to own key national customer programs and serve as the primary liaison between the customer and CRST. You’ll protect and grow revenue, plan program execution with Operations, and manage pricing and performance.

Core duties include coordinating with Operations, pricing teams, and leadership to meet service levels, drive improvements, and support quarterly business reviews. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in account/program management or customer-facing operations in logistics/transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with large customers and grow revenue within existing accounts.
• Ability to plan and coordinate complex programs across departments and calculate/manage program pricing.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including presenting performance results.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned customer programs as primary liaison between customer and CRST.
• Protect revenue and grow business within accounts by identifying opportunities.
• Plan program launches and execution, coordinating loads and resources with Operations.
