NG Space Systems is looking for a Level 3, Senior Program Manager to provide leadership for a critical program within the Mission Exploitation (MEX) Operating Unit (OU) portfolio supporting the Advanced Tactical Missions Business Unit in the fast-growing Multi-Domain Operations Division.
The selected candidate will report to the Operating Unit Director and serve as a key member of the leadership team for the evolving MEX OU Portfolio. The primary objective will be the delivery of all contractual requirements for the new program, while achieving all technical requirements and capabilities. The individual will lead a matrixed-functional team aligned to common program performance goals through inception of idea to award and completion of scope.
Senior Program Manager with 10+ years leading complex Government programs in systems and software engineering, specializing in multi-domain sensor development . Proven record of delivering large, matrixed programs on cost and on schedule while meeting stringent technical, security, and operational requirements. Experienced in managing maritime and terrestrial sensor capability development , integrating hardware, software, and mission systems across cross-functional teams. Adept at executive-level communication, customer intimacy, capture and proposal strategy, and driving continuous improvement in fast-paced environments.
Primary Level Salary Range: $193,000.00 – $289,600.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate’s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
