Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Level 3, Senior Program Manager to lead a major development program within the Mission Exploitation (MEX) OU portfolio supporting the Advanced Tactical Missions Business Unit in the fast-growing Multi-Domain Operations Division.

The selected candidate will report to the Operating Unit Director and serve as a key member of the leadership team, delivering on contractual, technical, cost, and schedule objectives for maritime and terrestrial sensor programs, with

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business and 10+ years on Government programs.
Experience leading engineering teams in systems and/or software engineering for Government programs.
Project lead / IPT lead / cost account manager responsibilities for planning, execution, and reporting.
Active Top Secret / SCI Clearance adjudicated within past 6 years.
Experience delivering engineering and programmatic briefings to customers and leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead a major development program delivering maritime and terrestrial capabilities.
Provide program-level leadership as a key member of the Operating Unit leadership team.
Manage a matrixed-functional team from concept through award and execution.
Develop and maintain budget baselines, spend plans, and schedule milestones.
Build and sustain customer and stakeholder relationships through reviews and resolution.
Lead proposal development and capture planning for follow-on increments.
