Job summary

NG Space Systems is seeking a Level 3, Senior Program Manager to lead a major development program within the Mission Exploitation (MEX) Operating Unit portfolio, supporting the Advanced Tactical Missions Business Unit in the fast‑growing Multi‑Domain Operations Division.

You will direct all contractual, technical, cost, and schedule objectives, manage a matrixed team from concept through award and execution, and regularly brief executives and customers on progress, risks, and mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with Government program experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams on Government programs.
• Experience as IPT lead / cost account manager.
• Active Top Secret / SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major development program delivering maritime and terrestrial capabilities.
• Provide program-level leadership as a key member of the OU leadership team.
• Manage a matrixed team from concept through award and execution.
• Develop and maintain budget baselines, spend plans, and schedule milestones.
• Prepare and deliver executive and customer briefings on progress, risks, and mitigations.
