L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Program Manager to drive the Trident II D5 Modernization program from its Huntsville, AL (HQ) or Orange, VA location. You will lead cross-functional teams, define scope, manage schedules and budgets, and deliver key program milestones with executive visibility.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate contractual requirements and risk management while enabling collaboration across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree with extensive program management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned programs.
• Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Manage program financials including forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of activities.
