Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate Engineering discipline required.
• Graduate Degree preferred with PM focus.
• In lieu of a degree, 16 years of prior Program Management experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Drives program execution to meet key financial objectives.
• Participates in the negotiation of contracts and contract changes.
• Coordinates the preparation of proposals, budgets, and SOWs; defines operating budgets and terms.
• Acts as primary customer contact for program activities and leads program reviews with customers.
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
