Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a Lead, Program Manager to drive the Trident II D5 Modernization program from Huntsville, AL or Orange, VA. You will lead planning, execution, and integration across functional teams while managing scope, schedule, and budget.

Travel up to 25% and eligibility for U.S. security clearance are required; the role demands risk management, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 9+ years PM experience, or a graduate degree with 7+ years, or 13 years in lieu of degree.
• 7 years of experience managing budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional teams.
• 5 years of leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• 7 years of experience with program management tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of assigned programs.
• Define scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Manage program financials including forecasting, cost control, and reporting.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of activities.
