Job summary

Kratos Defense and Security Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Orlando to lead end-to-end execution of defense programs. You will align cost, schedule, and technical performance with contractual and quality commitments, coordinating Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver predictable outcomes.

The role requires DoD acquisition knowledge, Earned Value Management, and the ability to interact with executives and the public.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace / Business / Engineering.
• Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information as required by government standards.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management i.e. subordinates through the Division President and/or CEO.
• Ability to interact appropriately with the public when necessary.
• Ability to adhere to workplace rules.
• Must have working knowledge of Department of Defense Acquisition/ Frame- work and associated design milestones.
• Must have working knowledge of Earned Value Management.
• Must be adept in Microsoft Office Suite including working knowledge of MS Project.
• Demonstrates experience in problem solving for complex, multi-skill required issues.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple departments.
• Ensure cost, schedule, technical, and quality commitments are met.
• Maintain program plan, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Manage risks and report program status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with major contractors and Government customers.
• Oversee hardware and software integration verification and testing.
• Develop and maintain resource allocation plans.
