Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering management in defense/aerospace projects.
• Experience managing $10M+ capital projects.
• Strong requirements and baseline management.
• Contract interpretation and communication with stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Project and IMS/equivalent.
• Model-based design familiarity and MBSE practices.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical processes and personnel across software, electrical, mechanical, and test.
• Serve as cost account manager for engineering functions and ensure schedule/cost performance.
• Ensure contract compliance and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with Program Manager and communicate with customer.
• Drive risk management and continuous improvement across teams.
